That’s why we offer all the services you use most, all under one roof.

vet-puyallup-02.jpgPet Boarding – We provide pet boarding services for cats, dogs, and many exotic pets. All dogs will receive regular exercise three times a day and cats will be kept in a quiet room. Cages for both are roomy and comfortable. Guests receive vet recommended food unless you choose to provide your own. Vet techs will administer all prescribed medications, and doctors are always on hand in case of emergency.

Vaccination Programs – Our animal hospital has vaccination programs for puppies and kittens. These include physical examinations, any specific disorder testing they may need, vaccination shots, deworming and microchipping. You’ll know your animal is happy and healthy when they come home from our extensive vaccination program with everything they need!

  1. Medical Care – We have all the latest technology available and can perform whatever tests are needed to diagnose your pet and ensure their continued health. These include everything from lab testing to x-rays and oxygen therapy. We also provide intensive care, as well as comfortable isolation rooms for animals with contagious diseases.
  2. Surgery – Our doctors can perform any number of life saving procedures on your pet. We also provide a more simple suite of standard care procedures. These include things like spaying/neutering, declawing and orthopedic surgeries.
  3. Radiology – River Road Animal Hospital’s radiology department puts us on the cutting edge of animal medicine. Along with ultrasound equipment, these tools give us the ability to diagnose internal injury with extreme accuracy. Though these procedures can involve patient sedation, many do not.

Dental and Grooming – Providing full dental and grooming services allow us to treat every need your pet may have. Dental exams and cleanings are extremely important. In the event your animal needs dental surgery, we have the facilities to perform any necessary procedures. Our grooming service features hydro surge bath systems for dogs and cats as well as medicated, flea, skunk and grease baths.

Lab and Pharmacy – Having an onsite lab and pharmacy allows us unprecedented access to quick lab results. You won’t have to wait for us to send out samples, because all our testing is done in our office. Our fully stocked pharmacy will have any medication you may need on hand, saving you and your pet from waiting even a day longer than necessary.
